Recently,Dawning Environmental Protection completed a two-week trial run of its independently developed "Small Work Order" reporting system. By leveraging digital technology to optimize maintenance workflows for water treatment equipment, the system significantly boosted work order processing efficiency during the trial period. Its successful implementation marks a major step forward in the company's digital transformation of service operations.
The new reporting workflow was smoothly implemented thanks to the active cooperation of the entire staff. Through a standardized reporting process, the system enables end-to-end tracking of service requests—from submission to resolution—thereby effectively accelerating after-sales response times for equipment such as self-cleaning filters. Data shows that the average response time for work orders was reduced by approximately 30% during the trial, and service satisfaction levels improved markedly.
To recognize outstanding performance during the trial,Dawning Environmental Protection commended and rewarded 12 employees—including Peng Pin and Yang Saijie—who strictly adhered to reporting protocols and ensured the timely and accurate submission of work orders. A company representative stated, "The 'Small Work Order' system is a key initiative to enhance our service quality. Moving forward, we will continue to refine the system's features to provide an even more effective service experience for users of our filtration equipment."
